Organization for Autism Research (OAR)

Member, Self-Advocate Advisory Council (SAAC)

2025 - present

I serve as a Council Member on the Self-Advocate Advisory Council (SAAC) for the Organization for Autism Research (OAR).

As a council member, I collaborate with fellow autistic self-advocates to provide direct input on OAR's research priorities, educational resources, grant applications, and community guidebooks. Our work ensures that applied autism research directly reflects the needs, interests, and lived realities of the autistic community.

I also participate as a panelist and speaker for OAR educational webinars and events, addressing topics such as workplace inclusion, career navigation, and adult life on the spectrum.
