Association for Autism and Neurodiversity (AANE)

I serve as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Association for Autism and Neurodiversity (AANE). In this governance role, I help guide the organization's strategic vision, policies, and initiatives to support autistic individuals, their families, and professionals throughout all life's journeys.

Drawing on my lived experience as an autistic leader and tech professional, I advocate for inclusive employment practices, neurodiversity-affirming community resources, and programs that empower autistic people to build meaningful, self-determined lives.
